Blinski

The proprieter of Blinski’s Toys, Blinski is first seen dressed as a jester in an outfit that is both purple and green. His shop is full of toys that it appears he makes, and the collection is both eclectic and strange, at least in the eyes of the party.

He has a pet monkey named Piccolo.
