Bludo

Bludo is a fisherman who lives in Vallaki. The other townspeople have described him as a particularly sad man, but none of the people, other than his somewhat nosy neighbor, seemed to know him very well.

More than one person, Fanya and Bludo’s neighbor included, mentioned hearing of or seeing him with Arabel. His interactions with the young girl were not seen as being sinister or malicious, but Bludo’s neighbor and a few of the city guard mentioned that he had mentioned a “good luck charm” that he expected to help his luck with fishing.

When the party found Bludo, he was fishing around for something in his boat on Lake Zarovich. When called out to, the man was confused but continued what he was doing once he realized that the people calling out to him were strangers. He was then seen tossing a bag out of his boat into the lake from which the party heard the screams of a child.

The party leapt into action to save Arabel but quickly found a large Skeletal Shark coming after her, and soon after, them. Thorn killed Bludo to make room on his small boat for the party to get Arabel back to shore safely.
