She is the woman that the party is directed to when they entered the Vistani Camp looking for a Fortune Reading. She is the current seer of the Vistani.

Once the party is outside the tent, she welcomes the group in by saying “Come on in, Thorn. I’ve been waiting for you.” She had known that the group was coming.

She seems to have given readings for Strahd and many other people.
