Victor, the son of Burgomaster Vargas, was someone that Fiona Wachter thought might be a suitable match for her daughter, but as the two spent more time together, her daughter began acting more and more strangely. Eventually, she stopped speaking altogether and has been haunted by terrible nightmares.

Because of this, Fiona has asked the party to bring Victor to her so that she may at the very least make him pay for what he has done. She
